The YOG is all that.
The mission of the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) is to inspire young people around the world to engage in sport and to adopt and apply Olympic values.
It was during its Session in Guatemala in July 2007 that the IOC decided to create a new sporting event to educate, mobilize and influence young athletes, encouraging them to play an active role in their communities.

You will find on this site a detailed presentation of the YOG programs and the results, since the first edition in 2010.
